Accounts not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less). We reserve the right to suspend future services until outstanding balances are paid in full.

Emergency service calls outside of normal business hours may be subject to additional fees, which will be disclosed at the time of scheduling.

6. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES

6.1 Our Workmanship Warranty
We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards.

6.2 Parts and Materials
Parts and materials are warranted according to the manufacturer's warranty. Additional warranties for parts and materials beyond those provided by the manufacturer may be provided on selected equipment.

15. PERMITS AND CODE COMPLIANCE
