Route Delivery Driver / Filter Tech
Job Brief
Tabor Water Solutions is looking for an upbeat, active, friendly individual to join our team as a Route Delivery Driver / Filter Tech!
This position is not just a driving position. You will be moving all day, in and out of the truck delivering Tabor products, changing filters under sinks, in basements, and in well houses. It is a very physically demanding job that requires stamina, endurance, and perfect driving behaviors. Our Route Drivers / Filter Techs are the face of the Tabor brand in the community, servicing our customers with a smile, big heart, and a genuine disposition to help. Responsibilities
- Represent Tabor in the community in a safe and professional manner
- Deliver salt and other water conditioning products to commercial and residential customers on a set route
- Change filters, UV bulbs, and pour chemicals in a variety of residential and commercial settings
- Inspect equipment at each location to ensure everything is in proper working order
- Go above and beyond to meet customers’ needs
- Promote and sell other Tabor products and services
- Lift 50 lb bags of salt throughout the day
Requirements
- Reliable, trustworthy, and ethical
- Organized, level-headed, and considerate of others
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to leave negativity at the door
- Flexible and able to switch gears throughout the day
- Calm and courteous driving behavior, even in traffic
- Physically fit and able to meet the demands of a fast-paced, physical job
- Good communication skills with customers and coworkers
- Friendly personality; customer service experience is a plus

Job Details
Compensation: DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Education: High school or equivalent
Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, must pass drug test and OSBI background check
