Route Delivery Driver / Filter Tech

Job Brief
Tabor Water Solutions is looking for an upbeat, active, friendly individual to join our team as a Route Delivery Driver / Filter Tech!
This position is not just a driving position. You will be moving all day, in and out of the truck delivering Tabor products,
changing filters under sinks, in basements and in well houses. It is a very physically demanding job that requires stamina,
endurance, and perfect driving behaviors. Our Route Drivers / Filter Techs are the face of the Tabor brand in the
community, servicing our customers with a smile, big heart, and a genuine disposition to help. If you are a career oriented

Responsibilities:

•  Represent Tabor in the community in a safe and professional manner
• Deliver salt and other water conditioning products to commercial and residential customers by following a predetermined, set driving route every day
• Change all kinds of filters, UV bulbs, and pour up chemical in many different locations of a house and/or business
• Inspect equipment at each location to ensure everything is in proper working order
• Go above and beyond to meet customers’ needs
• Promote and sell other Tabor products and services
• Lift #50 bags of salt ALL.DAY.LONG​

Requirements:

• Organized, level headed, and considerate of others
• Problem-solving skills, critical thinking is important for this job
• Positive attitude with ability to check bad attitude at the door before starting each day
• The ability to “switch gears” multiple times throughout the day - happily flexible
• Remains calm in traffic while always showing courtesy to others while on the road – lots of driving
• High level of motivation and quickness in moving throughout the day
• The ability to meet the physical demands of the position - this is a fast-paced, physical position and we want to
  make sure our applicants are comfortable with that – when it’s hot it’s hot, when it’s cold it’s cold
• Good communication skills to utilize with customers and coworkers
• A friendly personality! Any experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
